So I finally upgraded to the 2024 XC60 Recharge after years in an old V60 and I am loving that T8 power but the interior storage is kinda tripping me up. My logic was that I could just swap over my old organizers but the center console layout is totally different because of the battery placement under the tunnel and it feels like wasted space.
Im looking for stuff that actually fits the minimalist aesthetic because I dont want to clutter up the driftwood trim. Anyone found a high-quality trash bin or maybe a better wireless charging pad solution that doesnt overheat? I got a $300 budget for small cabin upgrades before our road trip to Oregon next month...

Quick reply while I am looking at some specs. That T8 tunnel is basically forty percent more crowded than the ICE version due to the battery, so you gotta be really precise with dimensions if you dont want stuff rattling. I spent some time digging into Swedish owner forums and found a few budget-friendly fixes that keep the driftwood look clean without even touching that $300 limit.
- Vesul Center Console Organizer Tray for 2018-2024 Volvo XC60 is basically essential for that shallow bin since it adds a second layer for coins or keys.

Make sure to watch those tunnel thermals, they're sketchy. I worried about trim wear, so I installed laser-scanned TuxMat Volvo XC60 Custom Floor Mats for maximum coverage of the battery housing.
