Recommended trunk organizers for the Audi Q4 e-tron?

I recently picked up my Q4 e-tron and I'm absolutely loving the drive, but the trunk space feels like it needs some serious organization. Between my charging cables, a grocery bag or two, and some roadside gear, things are starting to slide around during turns. Since the Q4 has that specific flat floor and those side cubbies, I’m looking for something that fits the dimensions perfectly without blocking the under-floor storage access. Does anyone have a specific brand or model they use that doesn't slide on the carpet? I'd prefer something collapsible if possible. What are you all using to keep your hatch area tidy?

Seconding the recommendation above regarding straps, they're honestly CRITICAL for safety so ur gear doesn't become a projectile if u gotta slam the brakes.

I've done some market research on what fits the Q4 specifically and here's a quick comparison of two other solid options:

1. Starling's Car Trunk Organizer Adjustable 3 Compartments vs. 2. Rola 59001 M.O.V.E. Rigid Base Trunk Organizer

- **Starling's**: Super versatile because it's collapsible and has a waterproof bottom. It fits the Q4's flat floor well, but it's a bit soft-sided.
- **Rola M.O.V.E.**: This one is my pick for reliability. It has a rigid base so it won't sag, and the non-slip bottom actually works on the Audi carpet.

**Pros/Cons:** The Starling's is better for groceries since it's flexible, but the Rola is way better for heavy roadside gear cuz it doesn't move an inch.

**Best choice:** Honestly, I'd go with the Rola 59001 M.O.V.E. Rigid Base Trunk Organizer if ur worried about things sliding. It feels more premium and fits the "Audi vibe" better than the cheaper mesh stuff. Just make sure u don't block the handle for that under-floor hatch! gl

Honestly, you don't gotta spend a fortune on the official Audi gear to get a good fit. For your situation, I would suggest checking out the Drive Auto Trunk Organizer and Storage - Collapsible Multi-Compartment because it's basically the best value for money right now. It has these heavy-duty straps that clip into the Q4's tie-down loops so it literally won't budge during turns, plus it's half the price of the boutique brands.

I've also used the Fortem Car Trunk Organizer with Reinforcement Buckles which is great if you want a lid to hide your charging cables. Both of these are totally collapsible, so if you need to haul something big, you just fold them flat and slide them into those side cubbies or under the floor. It keeps everything sooo much tidier and honestly saves you like $50 compared to the OEM stuff. gl!

Oh man, congrats on the new ride! I totally feel u—the Q4 e-tron drive is AMAZING but that flat floor is basically a skating rink for groceries lol. Before I give my full recommendation, are you looking for something that stays in the car permanently, or do you need to be able to pull it out easily for big IKEA runs? Also, do you have the storage package with the nets or just the standard carpet?

Honestly, I’ve tried a few things and the sliding issue is the real deal-breaker. Tbh, you definitely want something with a rubberized bottom or those heavy-duty velcro strips on the base. I use a collapsible bin from Rola that stays put even when I’m taking corners a bit too fast. It’s sooo much better than those cheap plastic ones! Definitely look for something that sits on one side so you can still flip the floor hatch up to grab your cables without moving the whole setup. Gl!

Quick question—are you mostly worried about those side cubbies or the main floor area?? In my experience, unsecured gear is a HUGE safety risk during emergency maneuvers. Before I recommend a heavy-duty setup, I gotta know if you're planning to keep the cargo cover on, cuz some taller bins can seriously block your rear view. Safety first, honestly! lol
