Hey everyone! I just picked up a Q50 Black Opal Edition and I'm absolutely in love with that unique, color-shifting paint. I really want to keep the interior looking pristine, but I’m torn on which floor mats to get. Since this is such a special trim, I don't want anything that looks too 'utility' or generic. I've been looking at TuxMat for the edge-to-edge coverage, but I’m also curious if there are high-end quilted or premium carpet options that complement the specific interior accents better. Does anyone have recommendations for mats that offer a perfect fit and look classy enough for the Black Opal aesthetic? What are you guys using to protect your floors?

yo, congrats on the Black Opal!! Paint is literally insane. In my experience:
1. TuxMat Floor Mats for Infiniti Q50: Pros: BEST coverage. Cons: kinda bulky.
2. Manicci Diamond Luxury Custom Car Mats: Pros: looks amazing. Cons: harder to clean tho.
Honestly, i'd highkey stick with TuxMat just to be safe... you gotta be careful with spills ruining that interior! gl!

Hey, quick reply! When I first started modding my Q, I wasted cash on fancy custom mats that fell apart in months. Lesson learned: you dont need to spend $300 for a classy look.
- 3D MAXpider Kagu Series Floor Mats for Infiniti Q50 (~$160) - sleek carbon texture looks high-end tbh.
- OEDRO Floor Mats Compatible with 2014-2024 Infiniti Q50 (~$100) - solid protection for way less.
Both protect the interior without looking too bulky or generic imo. gl!

Seconding the recommendation above! TuxMat covers well, but I highkey recommend WeatherTech FloorLiner HP for safety. I’ve had mats slip near my pedals before—it’s terrifying. These stay locked down. gl!
