So I just picked up a 2024 QX60 Luxe and man the interior is nice but the cargo area is already a mess after one grocery run. Ive had several SUVs before so I thought I knew how to gear this up but the dimensions back there are kinda weird with the way the third row folds down. My logic was to just grab a generic collapsible bin from Amazon but I'm worried it'll just slide all over the high-pile carpet and ruin the look. I have a huge family road trip to the Smoky Mountains coming up next Friday so I need a solution fast. Budget is around 150 bucks. Are there any custom-fit bins that actually utilize that underfloor storage tub efficiently without blocking the power-folding seat mechanisms?
I totally get the struggle because I had the same freak out when I first got my QX60! I tried a cheap bin once and it literally slid into the seat hinge and almost fried the motor... scary stuff. I ended up getting the Infiniti Genuine Cargo Area Protector Underfloor Storage and it is seriously a game changer for that hidden tub!! It fits perfectly and keeps everything secure so nothing rolls around while you're driving through those mountain curves. For the main floor, I went with the WeatherTech CargoTech Containment System because those little plastic corner blocks literally grip the carpet like glue. They wont budge even with heavy groceries! It keeps the interior looking super clean and professional without blocking the power seats at all. Youll be so relieved having it all locked down for your Smoky Mountains trip!
