So I finally took the plunge and picked up a Giola Green R-75 last month and honestly I am in love with the thing but you know how it goes... once you get used to the power you start looking for that extra 5 or 10 percent. I am based over in the Cotswolds so I have some decent backroads to play with and I am planning a massive road trip through the Swiss Alps this August so I want the car feeling really sharp before then.

I have been digging through the forums and saw a lot of talk about the VelocityAP stage 1 tunes and their crank pulleys but I am a bit paranoid about the warranty since this is the final edition model and I dont want to mess up my coverage this early on. Also looked at the Eventuri carbon intakes because they look incredible but then I read a few posts saying the stock airboxes are actually pretty efficient and it is mostly just a noise upgrade for two grand which seems a bit much for no real gains?

I have got about 3500 quid set aside for some initial bits and pieces. Should I be looking at lowering springs or maybe some different spacers to help with the stance first or is there a specific exhaust mod that doesnt drone but lets that V8 scream a bit more? Just trying to figure out what actually makes a difference vs what is just hype. What are you guys actually running on the R-75 specifically?

Love the R-75! Honestly, skip the intake and go for these instead:

Forget the noise, basically focus on the contact patch! Swap those stock tires for Michelin Pilot Sport 4S 295/30ZR20 immediately. The grip levels are insane compared to the Pirellis. Since you are doing the Alps, you definitely want EBC Brakes Yellowstuff Brake Pads DP42145R too. They handle heat soak way better on steep descents and wont blow your budget like a full BBK. Total game changer for under a grand!

TL;DR: YouTube is your friend. Just search for F-Type R-75 warranty safe mods on there, there are heaps of videos explaining how to keep your coverage intact. Check Reddit too, basically.
