Just took delivery of my EV6 and I’m stoked! I want to keep it pristine, so I’m looking for high-quality all-weather mats and maybe a console organizer. Is the V2L adapter worth the investment early on? I'd love to hear what items you guys found most useful. What are your top three 'day one' accessory recommendations?

Honestly, skip the V2L for now unless youre planning to power a fridge during a blackout lol. For budget-friendly protection, I'd go with BestEvMod Mud Flaps for Kia EV6 instead. They're way cheaper than the OEM ones and actually keep the side panels from getting peppered with rocks. Also, instead of the pricey mats, look at 3D MAXpider Kagu Series Floor Mats for Kia EV6—they look way more premium than the rubbery ones but are still super easy to hose off!

Seconding the recommendation above! Honestly, I thought the V2L was gonna be a game changer, but unless you're literally running a microwave at a campsite, it basically just gathers dust in the frunk.

I'm a huge fan of keeping things cost-effective, so here's my take:

* **Screen Protectors:** Highkey essential because that matte finish is a fingerprint magnet. Just grab any tempered glass brand from Amazon, they're all basically the same quality.
* **Console Organizers:** The deep bin is a black hole. Go with any generic tray from EV6Specialists or similar sites to make it actually usable.
* **Floor Mats:** Definitely agree on the protection. I went with BestEvMod for some of my interior bits and the value proposition is fantastic compared to OEM prices!!

Anyway, iirc you'll save a ton of money skipping the fancy Kia-branded stuff and just looking for reputable third-party gear. gl with the new ride! ⚡️

Honestly, the EV6 is a technical masterpiece but safety first, right? I'd skip the V2L cuz mine actually had issues and got super hot, kinda scary tbh. For your day one must-haves, focus on protection. I'd definitely grab Fitcamx Dash Cam for Kia EV6 because the wiring is plug-and-play and it's essential for insurance if some idiot hits you. Also, grab BestEvMod Mud Flaps for Kia EV6 to stop rocks from chipping your paint, plus a Spigen Glas.tR Slim Screen Protector for Kia EV6 since those screens scratch if you even look at them wrong lol. gl!!

Nice, didn't know that

To add to the point above: I definitely agree about skipping the V2L for now. Unfortunately, I spent way too much on official Kia accessories early on and they werent as good as expected. The factory cargo mat was a total disappointment... everything slides around like crazy. If youre worried about reliability long-term, please get some jack pads. I had issues with a local shop nearly damaging my battery rail because they didnt use the right lift points. I picked up some ZL1 Addons Jack Pads for Kia EV6 and I just keep them in the car now. Also, that little mobility kit Kia gives you is kinda useless if you get a real sidewall tear. I felt way safer after buying the Modern Spare Tire Kit for Kia EV6. Better to be safe than stranded in the middle of nowhere, right? Enjoy the car tho, it really is a technical marvel otherwise!

Sooo I got my EV6 last month and honestly? I think the V2L is kinda overhyped early on unless ur camping immediately. I bought it and its literally just sitting in my trunk... bit of a letdown. But definitely get these:

1. All-weather mats (TuxMat or WeatherTech are solid, tbh)
2. Center console tray (the deep bin is basically a black hole lol)
3. Screen protector!!

I guess just wait on the expensive tech stuff til u actually need it.
