I just took delivery of my 2025 Lexus RX, and while the interior is absolutely beautiful, I’m already nervous about the upcoming wet season. I want to keep the upholstery pristine, but the carpet mats that came with it just aren't going to cut it against mud, rain, and the occasional coffee spill.
I’ve been looking at a few options, but I’m torn between the OEM Lexus all-weather liners and aftermarket brands like WeatherTech or TuxMat. I really care about the fitment—I don't want anything that slides around or leaves gaps near the door sill where dirt can settle. Also, since the 2025 model is so new, I want to make sure the floor hooks and dimensions are an exact match. Does anyone have experience with how the different textures look against the Lexus interior? I’d prefer something that looks premium rather than just 'utility truck' rubber.
For those of you who have already outfitted your 2025 RX, which brand offers the best coverage for the dead pedal area and the rear seats? I'm willing to spend a bit more for quality, so any feedback on durability and how easy they are to clean would be amazing!

Honestly, for the 2025 RX, I'd suggest looking at how much mud you're actually dealing with. Do you need high-wall protection for heavy snow, or just something for spills?

Honestly, after years of swapping mats in my Lexus builds, the safety factor is HUGE for me. You gotta make sure they lock into the factory clips so they don't slide under the pedals!! I highkey recommend the TuxMat All-Weather Floor Mats for 2025 Lexus RX. They have the best coverage for that dead pedal area and literally clip into the OEM hooks perfectly. Plus, they look sooo premium and not like a rubber truck mat. WeatherTech is okay but kinda slides around over time. Get the TuxMats, ur interior will thank u!! GL!

Sooo I got the 2025 RX recently too and honestly, I had high hopes for the OEM liners but they were kinda disappointing... they dont cover the dead pedal well at all. I think the TuxMat ones look WAY more premium for the Lexus interior tbh. Not sure if the 2024 vs 2025 dimensions changed slightly, but I recall hearing they should be identical. Basically, go with TuxMat if you want that high-end look without the 'truck' vibe!
