Just picked up a Navigator L and need to protect the interior from the kids and winter weather. Since the L has that extra length, I want to make sure the third-row and cargo mats fit perfectly without gaps. Has anyone compared WeatherTech to the official Lincoln liners? Which brand offers the best coverage and durability for the extended wheelbase?

For your situation, I would suggest Lincoln Navigator L All-Weather Floor Liners. Found mine for $215 on eBay. Be careful with others, cuz gaps ruin the carpet!! 👍

Honestly, while everyone jumps on the brand name wagon, I've found that the WeatherTech FloorLiner HP is a solid choice for the Navigator L, but it's pretty pricey. If you want to save some cash without sacrificing that perfect fit in the third row, you gotta look at the Husky Liners Weatherbeater Series. I've had 'em in my rigs for ages and they dont seem to curl at the edges like some other brands do after a few harsh winters.

Another budget-friendly option that covers the extended cargo area really well is the Smartliner Custom Fit Floor Mats 3 Row Liner Set. They're usually way cheaper than the OEM ones or WeatherTech and the coverage is basically identical. Just make sure you get the specific L-model set cuz the cargo length is the killer.
