Hey everyone, I just recently picked up a Lincoln Navigator L, and I am absolutely in love with the interior. However, with winter right around the corner and two young kids who seem to track in mud and dirt no matter the season, I’m getting a little nervous about keeping those carpets looking fresh. I’m looking for some solid all-weather floor mats that provide maximum coverage without making the cabin look like a work truck.

Since I have the L (long wheelbase) version, I’m particularly concerned about the fitment for the third row and the cargo area, as I know the dimensions can be a bit tricky compared to the standard model. I’ve been looking at the WeatherTech HP liners because they seem durable, but I’ve also heard the Husky X-act Contours have a softer, more premium feel that might match the Navigator’s luxury vibe a bit better. I’m also curious if the OEM Lincoln floor liners are actually worth the extra cost or if aftermarket brands offer better edge-to-edge protection.

Does anyone here have the Navigator L and can share which mats they’re using? I really want something that stays pinned down and doesn't leave gaps where salt and slush can seep through. Are there specific brands that you’ve found fit the long-wheelbase layout perfectly?

tbh i just grabbed the Smartliner Custom Fit Floor Mats 3 Row Liner Set for Lincoln Navigator L and they're basically a steal. You get full coverage for like $180, while OEM costs way more. The TPE material is actually super durable for mud. Fitment for the long wheelbase is spot on... it wont leave gaps. Do you think the softer feel is actually worth double the price tho?? gl!

So true, I second that recommendation! Those Smartliner Custom Fit Floor Mats 3 Row Liner Set for Lincoln Navigator L are basically a steal for the price. If ur trying to save cash but want that full L coverage, also look at the Maxliner A0354 Custom Fit Cargo Liner Behind 3rd Row. It fits the long wheelbase perfectly and handles spills way better than the carpeted mats. Honestly, it's the best budget combo for kids! 👍

So basically the consensus is that the Smartliners mentioned before are the best bang for your buck, but honestly, after owning a few big SUVs like this over the years, I get why youre hesitating. If you want that premium vibe that matches the Navigator’s interior without it looking like a utility van, the Husky Liners X-act Contour Floor Mats for Lincoln Navigator L are literally the sweet spot.

They use a softer rubberized material compared to the hard, stiff plastic feel of the older WeatherTechs. In my experience, those harder liners can sometimes warp after a few summers and leave gaps where salt and slush get in—and trust me, cleaning salt out of that deep L-trim carpet is a total nightmare. The Husky mats stay pinned down because they're heavier and more flexible, so they actually contour to the floor better. Plus, they feel SO much better under your feet when youre driving.

If you’re really worried about that massive cargo area in the L, the WeatherTech FloorLiner HP for Lincoln Navigator L is also a solid upgrade because the "HP" version is way more rubbery than their base model. I wouldnt bother with the OEM Lincoln liners tbh—they look cool with the logo, but the edge-to-edge protection usually isnt as good as the aftermarket stuff, especially for the 3rd row. You're basically paying extra just for the brand name there. Basically, go Husky for the luxury feel or Smartliner if you just want to save some cash. gl!
