I just picked up a 2024 Ram ProMaster for my new flower delivery business here in Seattle and looking at the back of it is honestly so overwhelming because it is just a giant empty metal room. I have no idea where to start with making it actually usable and I am really worried about my vases sliding all over the place when I drive.
My budget is around 1500 dollars to get it organized before next month but I dont even know the names of the parts I need or what brands are actually good for beginners. Sorry if this is a basic question but what kind of interior storage accessories should I buy first so my stuff stops rolling around...
I was literally so terrified of stuff flying forward during my first deliveries! You seriously need a partition for peace of mind. I felt way safer once I installed the Weather Guard 96101-3-01 ProMaster Bulkhead because it keeps everything in the back where it belongs! It is fantastic for safety and noise. I also love using Husky 20 Gallon Professional Duty Waterproof Storage Tote bins to group vases together so they dont tip... seriously such a game changer!!
Unfortunately, cheap hooks were not as good as expected and snapped. I had issues with things sliding, so id invest in US Cargo Control L-Track 48-inch Black for solid tie-downs.
Oh wow congrats on the new van! Flower delivery sounds like such a cool business but i totally get the fear of things sliding around. I was so nervous when i first got mine too! The absolute first thing you need is a good floor mat so things arent just skating on bare metal. It is a total lifesaver for safety and prevents those scary noises when you turn corners!
