I just put my reservation in for the R2, and I’m already obsessing over how to keep that minimalist interior organized! Since it’s a bit more compact than the R1S, I really want to maximize every inch of space. I'm especially curious about solutions for the new double glovebox setup and whether anyone has found good center console dividers or under-seat bins that fit the R2's dimensions. I also need a sleek way to manage charging cables near the wireless pads to avoid that messy 'cable nest' look. Are there any specific brands or early-access accessories you guys are eyeing? What are the must-have organizers you’re planning to buy first?

Totally agree! just catching up... i once tried a Spigen MagFit Magnetic Phone Mount and it was realy clunky. I'm currently comparing BestEvMod Center Console Organizer Tray vs Spigen MagFit Wireless Charger. - BestEvMod: cheap, but fitment is wierd.
- Spigen: 15W tech, but not as good as expected. so basically, lesson learned: universal gear doesnt fit R2 dimensions... unfortunately, gotta wait for R2-spec stuff.

Just sharing my experience: I’m honestly eyeing Anker Magnetic Cable Holder specs for the R2. Secure routing is CRITICAL for safety so cables don't distract you or tangle with controls, right? Works well!

Ok so, adding my two cents... the R2 is super exciting but i gotta be the "safety first" guy here lol. Since the car isnt even out for delivery yet, early-access accessories can be a total gamble. Tbh, fitment is everything when you're going for that minimalist look... if a tray or bin is even 1mm off, it's gonna rattle like crazy and drive u nuts. Basically, you dont wanna waste money on stuff that isnt verified and ends up being junk. Check out the community over at RivianForums—it's honestly the best resource for seeing what actually fits once the first batch of cars hits the road. My pro tip for staying budget-friendly is to look for "universal" felt or silicone organizers rather than R2-specific ones that always carry a massive "EV tax." For those charging cables, i mean, Sinjimoru Magnetic Cable Organizer clips are a total lifesaver. They're usually around $12 and keep things looking highkey sleek without leaving a sticky mess on the dash. For the new double glovebox setup, you might find Trlyc Felt Purse Organizer Inserts useful. They're super cheap—usually under $15—and come in a ton of sizes. The felt actually protects the interior plastic from scratches better than cheap plastic bins, plus it dampens noise from keys or coins. It's a decent option while we wait for the big brands to catch up. Idk, i just think it's better to stay cautious and not overspend until we see final production specs. gl with the wait!! 👍

Yo, congrats on the reservation!! Honestly I've been living the Rivian life for years now and the organization struggle is very real—especially when you're trying to keep that clean minimalist vibe. Basically, the trick is to treat the interior like a blank canvas... if you dont get ahead of the clutter early, it just becomes a black hole for random stuff. Understanding how the space flows is key because once you start adding gear, it can get messy fast. For your situation, I would suggest sticking with brands like BestEvMod or maybe Team 1EV. Honestly you can't go wrong with anything from them... I've used their inserts for a long time and the fitment is always spot on. They're definitely gonna be the first to have those double glovebox liners and console dividers ready to go. For the cable nest? I'd just get any of those low-profile silicone cable managers from Abstract Ocean—they're super sleek and actually stay put. Anyway, half the fun is customizing it once it finally arrives... gl! 👍
