Hey everyone! Just picked up a new Forester Hybrid and I'm looking to maximize that trunk space. Since the floor layout is a bit unique, I'm hunting for cargo nets or organizers that fit perfectly. Does anyone have recommendations for heavy-duty mats or dividers that handle groceries and hiking gear well? What are your absolute must-have accessories for keeping things secure?

i'd compare Subaru OEM Cargo Tray J501SSJ500 vs WeatherTech Cargo Liner 401170 vs Husky Liners WeatherBeater 28931. honestly, OEM's precision for ur battery hump is fantastic... the best to go with!! gl

> What are your absolute must-have accessories for keeping things secure? Yo! For a budget-friendly setup that won't block those hybrid battery vents, I've had AMAZING luck with the Subaru OEM Cargo Net Rear Side J501SSJ400. It's super cheap but handles hiking boots perfectly. Also, check out the Stalwart Trunk Organizer for SUV for groceries—it’s basically better value than the expensive brands cuz it folds flat. Seriously, the mesh density is fantastic for small gear!! gl

Just sharing my experience:
1. Hybrid floors are raised for the battery, making the trunk layout kinda unique. 2. Be careful not to block the air cooling vents! I almost messed up mine with a bulky divider.
3. Make sure ur gear is highkey secured since things slide off that slope way easier. Basically, check ur clearances so you dont choke the battery. gl!
