Since I’m planning on taking it on a few camping trips and have a golden retriever who sheds like crazy, I’m specifically looking for high-quality floor liners and seat covers. Quick question - are you looking for front seat covers only, or do you need the back row protected too for the golden retriever? Also, is your Forester the Limited or Touring trim with leather, or the base cloth seats?

Knowing the material helps cuz some covers slip more on leather. Anyway, a few quick tips iirc:

* TuxMat Floor Mats for Subaru Forester are the goat for coverage cuz they go way higher up the sides than others.
* Definitely get the Subaru OEM Rear Seat Back Protector to save the carpet when seats are folded down.

Soo, definitely avoid the OEM mats! They're way too shallow and mud basically spills over the sides... super annoying. Honestly, I'm obsessed with TuxMat because they cover EVERYTHING.
