Does anyone have a link or a PDF for a 2015 Audi A3 timing belt replacement guide that actually makes sense?

I'm trying to do this myself this weekend since the shop here in Denver quoted me $1600 which is just way out of my budget right now. I found a couple videos on YouTube but one guy says you absolutely need a special camshaft locking tool and another guy just uses a sharpie to mark the gears which seems kinda sketchy honestly. My A3 is the 2.0 TDI and most guides I find online are for the older gas engines and the layouts look totally different. I dont wanna mess up the timing and brick my car... anyone got a solid step by step?
