Honestly just saw this and noticed most people are talking about dash cams for some reason but OP asked about headlights right? Im pretty new to this technical stuff but I tried swapping some led bulbs in my NX recently and it was way harder than it looked. I bought some that had good reviews but the cooling fans on the back were way too big for the factory dust caps. I tried to make them fit but almost cracked the housing which would have been a realy expensive mistake. There are a few things I learned to watch out for:

• the depth of the heat sink and fan clearance
• if the bulb is clockable to fix the beam pattern so you dont blind people
• if the driver causes radio interference or dashboard errors Basically you gotta be careful with the fitment because the NX housing is super tight and some of the community favorites dont actualy fit the newer housings without mods. TL;DR: Check the physical clearance for fans first or you wont be able to get the dust caps back on which definately leads to moisture issues later.
