Just picked up my CX-90 and we're heading to the mountains on Friday so I'm in a total rush. I've been looking at the official Mazda cargo tray but some people on Reddit say it's super thin and stuff slides around. Then I saw the TuxMats which look cool but idk if they handle the third row fold well enough for my dog. My logic was to just buy everything from the dealer but it's like $500 more than aftermarket stuff. Has anyone actually tried the Canvasback liners? I need something that wont get ruined by muddy paws and fits the 3.3 Turbo S trim perfectly. Help me decide before I go broke lol.

Building on the earlier suggestion, Canvasback is legit for seat-back protection but its basically just a skin. If your dog is really messy, you need a tub style. I spent way too much time comparing the shore hardness of different mats before my mountain trip... dealer mats are just 65A durometer rubber, which is okay but stuff slides.

Regarding what #2 said about "Building on the earlier suggestion, Canvasback is legit..." - honestly, skins aren't enough for mountain utility. I've found moving gear to the roof is best to keep the cabin clear for your dog.

I've looked at the specs and the Canvasback Cargo Liner Mazda CX-90 is your best bet for the dog. It uses 600 denier polyester with a waterproof backing, so mud wont soak through. It covers the seat backs individually which is key for folding. For the floors, TuxMat Floor Mats Mazda CX-90 3 Row offers the most coverage. They fit the Turbo S floor pan perfectly without sliding.
