Hey everyone! I’m finally taking delivery of my Volvo EX30 in a few weeks, and I want to make sure I protect the interior right from day one. Since the EX30 has such a minimalist, sustainable cabin design, I’m a bit worried about how the floor fabric will hold up against muddy shoes, spilled coffee, or wet gear from weekend trips.
I’ve been looking at the official Volvo accessories, but they seem a bit pricey, and I’m curious if they provide enough coverage—especially in the back seat and the trunk area. I really need a trunk liner that can handle grocery spills and maybe some sandy beach gear without letting anything seep into the carpet.
Has anyone found a set of all-weather mats that fit the EX30 perfectly? I’m specifically looking for something with high edges to trap liquid and a material that doesn't look too 'industrial' or clash with the car's aesthetic. Are the third-party options like TuxMat or WeatherTech available for this model yet, or should I just bite the bullet and stick with the OEM Volvo ones? Honestly, I was in your shoes a few months back and I went with the Volvo EX30 Interior All-weather Floor Mats and the Volvo EX30 Reversible Plastic/Textile Cargo Trunk Mat. Tbh, I'm kinda disappointed with the floor mats because the edges aren't high enough to catch real mud, plus they were like $150 which is crazy for what they are. If TuxMat All-Weather Custom Car Mats for Volvo EX30 or WeatherTech FloorLiner HP for Volvo EX30 are finally out, highkey go with those instead for better coverage!!

Quick question—are you planning to use the trunk floor in the high or low position? Honestly, that makes a huge difference for fitment! I tried some cheap universal mats and they were basically trash... totally slid around.
If you're on a budget, look for:
* Gledring Custom Fit Rubber Floor Mats for Volvo EX30 - usually around $60 and way better edges than OEM.
* Rigum Cargo Trunk Liner for Volvo EX30 - solid budget pick for under $50.
Ngl, the Volvo ones are overpriced and kinda disappointing for actual mud.

Respectfully, I'd consider another option before dropping big bucks on OEM. I've had a different experience with high-end mats and actually think the TuxMat All-Weather Floor Mats for Volvo EX30 are the way to go if they're finally in stock!! They literally offer way better coverage than the official ones and look super premium, not industrial at all. Seriously, for the trunk, just grab a WeatherTech Cargo Liner for Volvo EX30 – it's basically indestructible and cheaper than Volvo's version. Save that extra cash for charging! 👍

I spent way too much time obsessing over this before my EX30 arrived... honestly, dont waste your money on the dealer stuff. I found a few options that work well and look way more premium than those industrial rubber ones.
