I just took delivery of my Purosangue and want to keep that gorgeous cabin in top shape! I’m specifically looking for premium floor mats and maybe some subtle storage organizers that don’t ruin the aesthetic. Are there any specific OEM or high-end aftermarket accessories you'd consider essential for daily use? What's at the top of your list?
Similar situation here - I went through this last year and my main priority was actually *safety*. I've seen too many stories of floor mats bunching up under the brake pedal, which is a massive risk in a car like the Purosangue. I basically spent weeks researching stuff that wouldn't slip or degrade under heavy use because I didn't trust the thin OEM mats either. I eventually settled on a few things that felt much more reliable:
* Cocomats Custom Sisal Floor Mats - these are super heavy and stay exactly where you put them, plus they look great.
* Element E50 Fire Extinguisher - I always keep one in the cabin; it's small but gives me serious peace of mind regarding reliability. I guess it's all about finding that balance between protection and not interfering with the pedals. Just make sure whatever you pick has a solid anchoring system tho. gl!
So, here's what I recommend: honestly, the OEM stuff is a bit of a letdown considering what we paid for the car. I had issues with the factory mats wearing thin near the heel almost immediately—not what you want in a $400k ride, right?? Tbh, if you want to keep the aesthetic but actually protect the floors, look into the 3D MAXpider KAGU Series Floor Mats. They have a carbon fiber texture that matches the Purosangue's vibe way better than basic rubber, and they actually trap dirt better than the carpeted ones. For the storage situation... ugh, it's rough. Instead of clunky organizers that ruin the lines, I highkey suggest getting Xpel Interior Protection Film applied to all the glossy bits and the infotainment screen. The technical reality is that Ferrari’s piano black finish is super soft and will look like a scratched mess in six months otherwise. Also, for the leather, skip the cheap sprays and go for Gyeon Q2 LeatherShield 50ml. It doesnt change the matte look of the leather but prevents dye transfer from jeans, which is a lifesaver. It costs more upfront, maybe $60-80, but it saves you a fortune in detailing later. Just my two cents... gl!
hey, congrats on the Purosangue! Honestly, it's such a sick ride but the interior storage is basically a joke tbh. I mean, it's a Ferrari, so I guess we shouldn't expect much?? But yeah, the OEM mats are actually pretty disappointing for the price. They wear out way too fast and I've already had issues with the factory carpet getting matted down in the driver footwell. For mats, I'd seriously look at Lloyd Mats Luxe Custom Fit Floor Mats. They're like $250-$300 and way thicker than the factory ones. If you're in a rainy area, the TuxMat Custom Fit Car Mats for Ferrari Purosangue are actually really good protection-wise, even if they're a bit "utilitarian" for a Ferrari. For storage, since there's like nowhere to put anything, I use a Lusso Gear Car Seat Gap Organizer in black leather. It's subtle enough and doesn't mess with the aesthetic too much, plus it stops your phone from disappearing into the abyss under the seat. Ngl, it's not a perfect solution but it works. gl!
Congrats on the delivery! Honestly super jealous but also kinda feeling your pain already lol. I've had mine for a bit now and unfortunately the interior holds up way worse than you'd expect for the price tag. I already had issues with the leather scuffing on the sills just from getting in and out with boots. Quick question tho before I get into it... are you actually gonna drive this thing in the rain or snow, or is it strictly a fair-weather cruiser? That really changes what I'd suggest for the floors. If you're worried about messes and want something that wont slip, just get some of those heavy duty liners from WeatherTech Floor Mats and call it a day. They aren't the prettiest things in the world but they're basically bulletproof for long-term protection. Tbh anything from them is gonna be better than the flimsy factory stuff that just slides around.
