Hey everyone! I just got my Mach-E and I'm absolutely loving it, but it feels a bit 'stock' compared to some of the builds I’ve seen online. I'm really looking to spice up the exterior a bit without going overboard. I’ve been eyeing some carbon fiber front splitters and maybe a subtle rear wing, but I'm also curious about tinted tail lights or even simple vinyl overlays for the pony badges. I want to keep the aerodynamic efficiency in mind, so nothing too bulky. Does anyone have specific brand recommendations for body kits or aero bits that fit perfectly? What are your favorite mods that really changed the look of your car?

I went through this last year!! AOSK Mach-E Front Lip Splitter is gorgeous, but AirDesign Mustang Mach-E Rear Spoiler feels way safer/sturdier for high-speed stability imo. Love it!!

> I'm also curious about tinted tail lights or even simple vinyl overlays for the pony badges. I went through this a few months back. I was really worried about the tint affecting visibility or just peeling off after a few washes. I ended up trying the Lamin-x Tail Light Covers Smoke and they've been solid. The material is much thicker than the cheap vinyl stuff you see online, so it actually protects the plastic from rock chips too. If you're looking for something functional that changes the profile, I'd suggest Rally Armor Mud Flaps for Ford Mustang Mach-E. I compared them to the AOSK Mud Flaps for Mach-E and while the AOSK ones are cheaper, they're a hard plastic that can snap if you hit a curb or heavy snow. The Rally Armor ones are flexible urethane... they handle the road abuse way better and keep the salt off the doors. They give the car a slightly wider, more aggressive look from the back without really hurting your range. Just my two cents if you want mods that actually last.

I suggest checking out AOSK or just any brand on Amazon for overlays. Just get any kit from them and youre set. basically saved me $200 compared to real carbon and my drag coefficient barely budged in my testing—maybe 0.01 delta max. its the best way to go tbh!!

Ok so, I've spent way too much time obsessing over the drag coefficient on my Mach-E, so I totally get the struggle. For your situation, I would suggest looking at AOSK for the aero bits. Honestly, their front splitter is a game changer and fits like a glove. I've logged the data on my daily commutes and it barely touched my Wh/mi efficiency—basically negligible. For the badges, TWRAPS makes some sick vinyl overlays; I used their matte black kit and it looks OEM+. If ur worried about range, stay away from those massive high-rise wings. Stick to a subtle ducktail. It keeps the airflow clean... highkey important for an EV. Also, for the tail lights, dont go pitch black. A light smoke tint keeps the LED signature visible while hiding that bright red plastic. Just use a heat gun during the vinyl install. gl! 👍

Late to the party but gotta agree with zhsmqqftds on the quality issue. Honestly, i tried some of those generic thin vinyl wraps for my door pillars and it was a total disaster. Unfortunately they just dont hold up to UV like youd expect and started peeling at the corners within a month. Super frustrating since the DIY install takes way longer than you think to get right. My big warning is to watch out for the cheap adhesive on those off-brand kits... it can actually bake into the clear coat if you leave it on too long in the heat. Basically made a mess that took forever to buff out. Just be careful with the heat gun too because one wrong move and you're looking at a very expensive replacement part for your trim.
