Hey everyone, I recently took delivery of a new flagship Range Rover in Santorini Black, and while the stock look is obviously stunning, I feel like it needs a few subtle, high-end touches to really make it stand out. I’m looking for exterior accessories that enhance that 'executive' feel without looking tacky or aftermarket.

I’ve been eyeing the Atlas Silver accents or perhaps some carbon fiber mirror caps, but I’m worried about overdoing it. I want to maintain that classic, sophisticated aesthetic that the Autobiography and SV trims are known for. I’m also considering deployable side steps for convenience, but do they affect the clean lines of the vehicle significantly? Also, if anyone has experience with specific premium wheel finishes or the Shadow Exterior Pack, I’d love to hear how they hold up in person. I’m willing to invest in genuine Land Rover parts or high-end bespoke options, but my main goal is 'refined luxury' rather than 'aggressive tuning.'

For those of you who have customized your Big Body Range, which specific exterior upgrades do you think offer the best balance of elegance and exclusivity? Looking forward to your suggestions!

Ok so, before I give advice, quick question—are you mostly driving in the city or doing some highway trips? Honestly, I ask because some 'executive' mods can actually be super annoying depending on your commute.

I mean, I spent a TON on Land Rover Genuine Silver Finish Mirror Covers and honestly... they looked kinda cheap against Santorini Black after a month. Total bummer.

If you want that refined look without the 'tacky' vibe, definitely consider:

* Land Rover SV Bespoke 23 inch Forged Style 1077 Gloss Dark Grey wheels - Way more exclusive than the stock ones.
* Land Rover Genuine Illuminated Treadplates - Lowkey flex every time you open the door.

I had issues with the silver stuff pitting, so maybe think about value before you commit! peace

Seconding the recommendation above! Genuine parts are basically the only way to keep that resale value high. I stumbled upon this discussion and honestly, I had issues with expensive bespoke mods before... they just didnt fit right.

If youre looking for more budget-friendly but high-end looking tweaks, maybe look at Land Rover Genuine Wheel Center Caps in Gloss Black. Theyre like $50-70 and lowkey make the stock wheels look way more custom without the $5k price tag of new rims. Also, I tried some cheaper mudflaps but they looked tacky, so stick with the Land Rover Genuine Front & Rear Mudflaps for that refined look. gl!

In my experience, sticking to genuine parts is the only way to go if you wanna keep that executive look. I've seen too many guys go aftermarket and it basically ruins the resale value.

Here's what I've found over the years:

* **Shadow Exterior Pack vs Atlas Silver:** The Shadow pack is lowkey the best move for Santorini Black. It's subtle. Atlas Silver can look a bit too 'bright' and sorta dated I think.
* **Deployable Side Steps:** Honestly, I was worried they'd look bulky, but they tuck away so well you barely see 'em. Seriously, they're a lifesaver for the interior bolsters too.
* **Carbon Fiber:** I'd probably skip it. IIRC, it leans more toward 'aggressive tuning' than 'refined luxury' on the big body.

I'm not 100% sure about the latest SV wheel finishes, but I've heard the forged ones are way more durable. Definitely talk to your tech before swapping anything tho. gl!

Honestly, pretty much every flagship owner just sticks to the dealer catalog, so if you really want that "executive" look that actually stands out, you gotta look at high-end heritage tuners. From a market research perspective, brands like Overfinch or Startech are the only ones that dont tank your resale value because they're seen as premium bespoke options rather than cheap mods. I’ve found that adding something like the Overfinch Signature Grille or Overfinch Heritage Side Vents gives a much more tailored look than the standard Shadow Pack. The fitment is basically factory-spec but the finish is way more high-end. If you want to keep the clean lines while adding some utility, look into XPEL Stealth Paint Protection Film. It gives that factory satin look that the SV trims are famous for without the nightmare of maintaining actual matte paint. **TL;DR:** Skip the basic dealership accessories and look into Overfinch Exterior Carbon Accents for better exclusivity and market prestige. Keep it subtle and it'll look classy for years.
