Hey everyone! I recently picked up a 2022 Mercedes C300, and while I absolutely love the stock interior design and that ambient lighting, I’m starting to feel like it needs a few personal touches to really make it 'mine' and keep it looking pristine. This is my first luxury sedan, so I’m a bit paranoid about keeping everything in top shape while also adding some functional upgrades.
Right now, I’m looking for recommendations on high-quality interior accessories that actually fit the aesthetic of the car. I’m not looking for anything tacky—I want to maintain that premium Mercedes feel. Specifically, I’ve been looking into high-end all-weather floor mats (like TuxMat or WeatherTech) because the factory carpet ones are already starting to show some dirt from my morning commutes.
I’m also curious if any of you use specific center console organizers? The deep bin is great, but everything just ends up in a jumbled mess at the bottom. Also, has anyone found a sleek phone mount or a wireless charger upgrade that doesn't involve messy cables hanging over the dashboard? I’ve seen some carbon fiber trim overlays and screen protectors for the MBUX display online, but I’m worried about them looking cheap or interfering with the touch sensitivity.
I have a budget of around $400-$600 to spend on a few key pieces. I really want to focus on things that provide a mix of protection, organization, and a bit of extra style.

Curious about one thing: are you planning on keeping the car for the long haul or is it a lease?? I'm kinda new to the Mercedes world myself, but I've been doing a ton of market research because I'm seriously paranoid about ruining the interior.
Before I give full advice, I'd definitely suggest being cautious with some of those online mods. Honestly, you might want to consider focusing on protection first. From what I've seen:
- Stick with established brands like 3M or Xpel if you're looking into any protective films, cuz the cheap stuff can yellow and look tacky.
- I'd stay away from those snap-on carbon fiber pieces from random sites; I've heard they can scratch the actual trim underneath.
- Maybe look into some high-quality leather conditioners from brands like Chemical Guys to keep those seats from cracking early on.
Basically, just make sure to double-check if anything you buy is easily removable so it doesn't hurt your resale value later!! 👍

Sooo I’ve been driving Mercedes sedans for over a decade now, and honestly, the biggest lesson I’ve learned is that safety and long-term protection are *everything* for resale value. You might find this useful—I’ve tried a bunch of setups, and while the MBUX screens look amazing, they are absolute fingerprint and scratch magnets. I actually ended up with a light scratch on my old one just from a microfiber cloth with some grit in it... was so annoyed lol.
Since you're focused on protection, here’s a quick comparison of what I’ve used:
1. Spigen Glas.tR Slim Screen Protector for Mercedes-Benz C-Class MBUX 11.9-inch vs. generic films: The Spigen is tempered glass, so it doesn't mess with touch sensitivity or clarity. The cheap plastic films feel rubbery and actually pose a small risk if they trap heat and bubble up.
2. TuxMat Custom Car Mats for Mercedes-Benz C-Class 2022-2024: These are basically the gold standard for safety because they don't slide around and interfere with the pedals like some universal mats do. Seriously, don't risk the cheap ones.
3. Vancore Center Console Organizer Tray for 2022 2023 Mercedes Benz C-Class W206: It’s a simple drop-in tray. Makes finding stuff way faster so you aren't distracted while driving.

yo, honestly i feel u on keeping that C300 interior mint!! for floor mats, it's basically TuxMat vs WeatherTech. i went with the TuxMat ones because they cover literally every inch of carpet and look way more premium than the plasticky vibe of others. also, definitely grab a cheap center console tray off amazon—it basically doubles your storage space. i tried those carbon overlays but they looked kinda tacky, so i'd say skip those and just stick to a tempered glass screen protector for the MBUX! gl!!

Totally agree with the above. Honestly, for the budget you have, go with TuxMat for the floors, you literally can't go wrong. I've had issues with the cheaper rubber ones from Amazon—they honestly felt super tacky and didn't fit the clips right, which was sooo annoying. Definitely look into a generic screen protector for the MBUX too, but skip the cheap carbon fiber overlays... they highkey look fake and ruined the premium vibe for me.
