We’re finally adding several Ram ProMaster EVs to our delivery fleet, and I’m looking for some advice on the best interior organizer setups. Since range is a priority, I’m specifically looking for lightweight aluminum shelving or modular bin systems that won't weigh the van down too much. Does anyone have experience with brands that offer a perfect fit for the EV's floor plan without interfering with the battery layout? I’m also interested in bulkhead partitions that help with climate control to save on battery usage. We really need to keep our tools and parcels secure but accessible. What specific interior accessories or upfit kits have you found most effective for maximizing efficiency in the ProMaster EV?

In my experience, swapping our fleet to ProMaster EVs was stressful cuz I worried about weight killing our range. I'm reallyyy happy with these: * Ranger Design Aluminum Shelving for Ram ProMaster
* Legend Fleet Solutions Insulated Bulkhead Partition for Ram ProMaster Lesson learned: basically spend more on aluminum up front. battery savings are totally worth it and it fits the floor plan perfectly without hitting the battery layout. cheers

I've worked on ProMaster specs and found Adrian Steel Aluminum Series Shelving is a solid budget pick, but first - can you clarify your average payload weight? Helps with the range math.

sooo, i've been doing this fleet game for over a decade now and let me tell ya, EVs change the whole playbook. background info first: basically every extra 100lbs you toss in there is gonna shave miles off your range, especially when it gets cold. why it matters? cuz if your drivers are blasting the heater to warm up the *entire* cargo area because the partition sucks, that battery is gonna tank way faster than you'd believe. honestly, i had a pretty rough experience with my first few EV upfits. i went with what i thought was a "lightweight" setup, but unfortunately, it was still way too clunky and the fitment was a total nightmare. i actually had issues with the mounting points being way too close to where the battery housing sits under the floor. not as good as expected, tbh. for your situation, i'd really look into composite shelving if you can find it. in my current setup, we ditched most of the heavy metal for reinforced plastics and it made a huge difference in our daily range. also, seriously, dont skip a high-quality insulated bulkhead. i learned the hard way that a cheap divider just lets all the heat leak into the back. you want something that creates a real thermal seal so the cab stays comfy without the heater running 24/7. basically, keep it light and keep the air separate... it's the only way to make the math work for a full day of deliveries. TL;DR: prioritize composite materials over aluminum to save even more weight, and get the best thermal bulkhead you can find to stop the climate control from killing your range. 👍
