So I just got a 2021 Mirage G4 and the weather is getting super gross here in Seattle so I need floor mats like right now because the carpet is already getting muddy.
I have no idea where to start though because I looked online and there are so many options and I'm worried if I buy the cheap ones from Walmart they wont fit right and might slide under the pedals or something? My budget is like $150 max. Does anyone know a brand that actually fits perfectly without me having to cut them with scissors? I saw some called Weathertech but they look expensive so I dont know... sorry if this is a stupid question I've never bought car stuff before.
In my experience, Husky Liners Weatherbeater Floor Mats Mitsubishi Mirage G4 are the most reliable. Their stay-put cleats prevent sliding, which is basically essential for safety when your boots are muddy.
Agree with what was said about the cleats, safety is huge. If you want a few more options:
I went through this exact thing when I got my car. Really wanted that custom fit but Weathertech prices were just too much for me. I ended up getting the SMARTLINER Custom Fit Floor Mats for Mitsubishi Mirage G4 Black Set and honestly I'm super satisfied. They fit perfectly around the gas pedal and dont move at all. Spent way less than $150 and they handle the mud and rain no problem.
